What is age anyway?

Well, my birthday has come and gone for another year. Thank god that's over. I find myself thinking about all the people I know, the people I like, the people I wouldn't mind if they dropped off the face of the Earth. I find it strange how things are so much different now than they were just a few years ago. Now the people I talk to on a regular basis are either much older than me (co-workers, professors, relatives) or much younger than me (students, children of relatives). Is this because I've changed? Is it because of my job? Is it part of growing up? When I do find people of my own age (excluding the very cool friends I have from college) they have children. What are Sarah and I going to talk about with people who have kids?! I think the solution is to speak to several people of all ages because once you pass 18, all bets are off. No one is living the same life as you and no one else has the answers to your problems (despite what the church might try to shove down your throat). So, who's up for a beer!

Speaking of a beer, My weekends are pretty open to improvisation, so if you feel like doing something some weekend just give me a call: 618-420-2302

Not really sure how we've lost touch over the past year or so, but I'd like to hang out sometime.

Age is just a number, Toms. Look at the age difference between Don and I and you and Sarah. We never ran out of anything to say to each other....or did we? Hmmmm......
